Welcome to the The College Point
Civic / Taxpayers Association Website
The College
Point Civic / Taxpayers Association is an organization of people who live
and/or work in the College Point community. We come together for a
united purpose: to improve the quality of life in our neighborhood.
The monthly meeting is an open forum to discuss the goings on in our
community and how to improve it. Issues of crime, zoning, building
construction, transportation, graffiti, and parks are some of the topics
discussed.
What can the CP Civic do for you?
The Civic Association is the ideal place to learn about local government
policy and procedure. It is a powerful tool that can make your
community concerns be heard. The many committees work diligently to
resolve issues raised at monthly meetings. The Civic Association acts
on your behalf as a collective voice. Many voices become one powerful
voice through the Civic Association.
Become a member of the College Point Civic / Taxpayers Association simply by
filling out the membership application on this page and sending it to our
address, or better yet just come to our next meeting and sign up.
